A PETITION OF LAMENTATION FOR ISRAEL— Keir Starmer’s Recognition of Palestine is a Violation of His Majesty The King’s Oaths and Abuse of Prime Minister’s Prerogative

I, Dr. Nwankwo Anthony Okoboshi Nwaezeigwe, Your Majesty’s faithful subject of Nigeria, Commonwealth of Nations and, the Anglican Church, beg Your Majesty’s leave to lay my Grievances before the throne.

This humble petition Your Majesty is in respect of the recent unilateral recognition of the non-existent State of Palestine by Prime Minister Keir Starmer, using his official prerogative as the Rt. Hon.  Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, but acting in total contravention of the religious obligations of Your Majesty The King, as well as the historically accepted religious values and tradition of Great Britain as the traditional seat of World Protestantism. 

I, your humble subject, am a Nigerian citizen and Christian of the Anglican Faith. I am currently in exile in Republic of the Philippines on account of the globally unreported unending religious persecutions of Nigerian Christians by Federal Government of Nigeria-sponsored Islamic jihadists.

I am currently the President of International Coalition against Christian Genocide in Nigeria (ICAC-GEN), a non-profit organization devoted to campaigns against the on-going slaughter of Christians in Nigeria by Islamic jihadists; which the present British Government of Prime Minister Keir Starmer has shown zero concern.

I write this petition to Your Majesty pursuant to the provisions of Article 5 of the 1688 Bill of Rights on my right to petition Your Majesty on any matter of urgent public concern within Your Majesty’s Realm and, to most respectfully request Your Majesty The King, to take the subject matter hereunder presented as of most serious concern, for not only the survival of the already eroding values of the very civilization bestowed on the entire world by your ancestors, but the entire world Christendom.

Even though I am not constitutionally a British citizen, my right to Chapter 5 of the 1688 Bill of Rights on the right to petition Your Majesty is predicated on two grounds. The first is as a citizen of Nigeria which is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations which Your Majesty is the Head. In this respect, I am a subject of Your Majesty. The second ground is predicated on my status as a member of the World Anglican Church (Communion) which Your Majesty is the Sovereign, which further qualifies me as your humble subject.

Before advancing to the core subject matter of this petition, I wish to respectfully recount to Your Majesty, the three sacred oaths Your Majesty was administered to as statutory prerequisites for being the King of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and, the Commonwealth of Nations.

These are the “Coronation Oath” established by the Coronation Oath Act 1688; the “Scottish Oath” established by the Acts of Union 1707; and the “Accession Oath” empowered by the Accession Declaration Act 1910. All the three Oaths were anchored on the statutory role of His Majesty as the custodian and defender of not only the Protestant Church of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland but the Anglican Church the World over, including their interests worldwide.  

What the above oaths mean to the people of Great Britain, the Global Anglican Communion and the World at large is that the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister acting in proxy on Your Majesty’s behalf as the leader of United Kingdom Government Business is bound by the above oaths in his official capacity. The Rt. Hon. Prime Minister took two oaths of office: First as a Member of Parliament and, second as First Lord of the Treasury after becoming the Prime Minister, both of which swore allegiance to His Majesty The King.

Taking any decision that contradicts the King’s Oaths solely based on his official prerogative as Prime Minister without the consent of Parliament, is not only a scathing disobedience of His Majesty The King, but a   reckless abuse of his prerogative as Prime Minister. To recognize an Islamist group which has the avowed objective of obliterating Christianity and the religio-historical bastion on which Christianity stands— Jews and the State of Israel, is considered a frontal assault on the ideals and values of the British Monarchy, its constitutionality and its religious obligations, which are its fundamental raison d’etre as a sovereign.  

What it means in this circumstance Your Majesty, is that both Germany and Italy are wiser than Great Britain under Prime Minister Keir Starmer and, Indonesia, the most populous Muslim nation in the world more concerned about Israel’s security than the United Kingdom under Prime Minister Keir Starmer. It will interest Your Majesty to note that during the on-going United Nations General Assembly, President Prabowo Subianto of Indonesia had this to say in connection with the security of the State of Israel: “We must also recognize, we must also respect, and we must also guarantee the safety and security of Israel. Only then we can have real peace.”

My humble question to Your Majesty is did Prime Minister Keir Starmer consider the expediency of the Security of the State of Israel when he undertook the Amalekite journey of recognizing the sworn enemy of the Jews, the State of Israel and, the Global Christianity? Does such act not translate to Reverse Exodus back to the land of Egypt?

As African Christians suffering the endless pains of Arab Muslim-sponsored jihad across the Continent, we had expected the United Kingdom to always stand with the United States of America on every matter bothering on the freedom and security of the Jews, the State of Israel and, Global Christianity, particularly under the enviable and indomitable President Donald Trump. Unfortunately, Prime Minister Keir Starmer chose to go with the Philistines and Amalekites against the children of God.

The official position of the United States of America as stated by the Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and which is in tandem with the official position of African Christians is as morally unambiguous as it is politically justified:

“There is no Palestinian State, no matter how many papers they put out, and the only time there’ll ever be one is if there is a negotiation with Israel, which right now is impossible because they have a war going on with Hamas, a terrorist group that butchered over 2,000 people on October 7.”

While Spain and France could be excused on the ground that their anti-Jewish stances are psycho-historica; for the United Kingdom one does not see any basis for such dissolute act of political back-stabbing against Jews and the State of Israel. The position of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez of Spain is not surprising because outside the Holocaust, no Western European nation has a longer history of Jewish persecution than Spain—from the notorious Inquisition to several acts of pogrom and horrible deportations.

For France, the world of history has not forgotten the French-driven Anti-Semitic trial of the Jewish Captain Alfred Dreyfus of the infamous Alfred Dreyfus Affair that last from 1894 to 1906 and, then waited till 1995 before the French Armed Forces officially declared dead. One thing positively notable about the Alfred Dreyfus Affairs is that it was that episode of Jewish persecution that consequently gave birth to the 1897 First World Zionist Congress in Basel, Switzerland by Theodor Herzl and, further to the most memorable 4th World Zionist Congress that took place in London in 1900, which led to British active participation in the eventual creation of the present State of Israel.

Surprisingly, President Emmanuel Macron has so easily forgotten that it was his employment in September 2008 by the Jewish-owned Rothschild and Cie Banque that provided him the financial leverage that brought him to the notice of President François Hollande, who eventually launched him into French politics. In other words, without the same Jews he turned his back against today he wouldn’t have been the President of France today.

 Your Majesty The King, the status of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland as a Christian nation is not debatable. It is a historical statutory matter which cannot even be statutorily changed by the now largely abused Equality Act 2010. In other words, the “Inclusion and Diversity” provisions of the Equality Act 2010 can neither contest, nor act as an alternative Act to the provisions of His Majesty’s “Coronation Oath”, “Scottish Oath” and, “Accession Oath.”

The only situation where the Equality Act 2010 can take precedent is when the three Royal Oaths are statutorily changed to read otherwise. What it means is that whatever public or international policy adopted by either the British Parliament or the Prime Minister in respect of the status of the United Kingdom as a Christian nation must/shall be in conformity with the three oaths of His Majesty The King, which are the creations of the Acts of the Parliament.

It is in this respect Your Majesty that I wish to respectfully ask, to what extent did the recent British recognition of the State of Palestine under Prime Minister Keir Starmer conform to the letters of Your three Oaths of Office as the Most Sovereign King and defender of the Protestant Church?

Your Majesty, this question is fundamental to the core reason of this petition, bearing in mind that, whereas the fundamental reason for the three Oaths of Your Majesty was to deter the dangerous pangs and domination of Catholicism against Protestantism, today, a more dangerous religious paroxysm called Islam, is conquering Your Majesty’s realm with licentious impunity protected by Equality Act 2010.

I wish to respectfully remind Your Majesty and Great Sovereign of the Commonwealth of Nations, that from the 11^th to 13^th century AD, Your Majesty’s most respected ancestors fought valiantly as indomitable soldiers of Christ under the banner of the Crusaders to stop these religious monsters from conquering Western Europe and to protect the Holy City of Jerusalem. Those who excelled markedly were knighted with royal accolades.

The Holy City of Jerusalem was finally liberated by Your Majesty’s Forces on December 9, 1917 under the command of the gallant General Edmund Allenby. Today, it is to the credit of His Majesty that the State of Israel came into being after more than two thousand years destruction and exile through the gracious act of the Government of His Majesty’s Great Grandfather, His Majesty King George V, as expressed by the famous November 2, 1917 Declaration by Arthur James Balfour. Constantinople, the Ecclesiastical hub of the Greek Orthodox Church fell to the Ottoman Turks in 1453 AD and was not so lucky. Today it has been Islamized as Istanbul. Nobody speaks of Istanbul as “Occupied Territory.”

Your Majesty, like the fate of Constantinople, the Great City of London, the Capital of World Protestantism is gradually moving towards total conquest by Islam with the election of a Mayor whose ancestral home-country of Pakistan is a sworn-enemy of Christianity.

Today, Mayor Sadiq Khan is breeding future undercover jihadists miscalled London Grooming Gangs who are readying to launch jihad on the seat of the once Greatest Empire in modern world history. The preeminence of Albanian Mafia, Kurdish and Pakistani Grooming Gangs is a testament to this threat. Sharia law is being practiced in the United Kingdom with licentious impunity and Christians are being barred from selling, buying and eating pork in their ancestral Christian home-nation under the cover of the dubious Equality Act 2010.

The abuse and vile criticisms of Christianity and Our Lord Jesus Christ is lawful and excusable for Muslims under Equality Act 2010, but criticism of Muslims and Prophet Muhammad by Christians attracts Police arrest and prosecution under the same Equality Act 2010, and even the threat of death by Muslims in a traditional Christian nation.

What Mayor Sadiq Khan and his hordes of Muslim British citizens cannot do in their ancestral home-countries as citizens, the same they are imposing on the Christian population of a historic Christian nation under the clandestine cover of the so-called “Diversity and “inclusion” as provided in the dubious Equality Act 2010.

 As African Christians, we had thought that the major objective of liberal Europe for inviting Muslim and Arab immigrants to their countries is to make them conform to the liberal and democratic cultures and values of Europe and, by the same token act as ambassadors of liberalism to their archaic autocratic Islamic native countries. However, what we are currently witnessing is the situation where these Muslims hordes are criminally utilizing the same democratic and liberal values to recklessly enforce conformity to their archaic Islamic ways of life which are sharply antithetical to the tenets of the Christian Faith and modern civilization, on their host-European Christian nations.

Your Majesty, today the Mayor of London is a Muslim and we as members of the World Anglican Church consider it sacrilegious to the Nicene Creed which Your Majesty professed during your Glorious Coronation. Having a Muslim whose religion is the very antithesis of what the Nicene Creed stands for as the Mayor of London means putting both His Majesty The King and the Archbishop of Canterbury and, by the same token the entire Anglican Church, under the direct authority of Islam. It is as having a Muslim as the Mayor of Rome or, a Christian as the Mayor of Mecca.

Your Majesty Sir, an African adage states inter alia: “It is not the madman that is ashamed of his madness but his kinsmen.” If the British Protestants and the entire Christian population of the United Kingdom, especially the leadership of the present Labour Government, are not ashamed or wary of the dangers ahead against the Church of England in particular and Christianity in general within the royal realm, we, the African Christians are.

This is because we, especially Nigerian Protestants, cannot quickly forget the untold sacrifices of the pioneer Missionaries of the Anglican Church Missionary Society (CMS), the Methodist Church and Presbyterian Church of Scotland in bringing the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ to our land. We cannot therefore Your Majesty, stand akimbo while the very root of such spiritual legacy is being undermined, desecrated and uprooted before my very eyes. It should have been better if our ancestors were not converted to Christianity at all than for those whose ancestors converted our ancestors to play Judas Iscariot to the very essence of their Spiritual existence and religious identity.

A Hindu as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom could be excused, since his religious ideology is not driven by imperial conquest mentality. An African British especially one who professes the Anglican Faith as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom puts the protective interests of His Majesty on as much secured podium of historical submissiveness to Your Majesty’s religious values as a Conservative Native British Prime Minister. This is because the African British citizen or immigrant comes not to conquer or impose his cultural or religious values on his host-European nation, fundamentally to learn, adopt and adapt to the Western democratic cultures and values.

But the day a Muslim becomes the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom; that day will herald the beginning and the end of what makes the British, British and, what makes the United Kingdom a Christian nation and Capital of World Protestantism. His Majesty or his successors would be reminded that only a Sultan is recognized in Islam as the rightful King before Allah.

This explains why I wish to most respectfully bring to the listening knowledge of Your Majesty that the fall of the Seat of the Great British Empire—the United Kingdom to Islam, is indissolubly linked to the fall of the modern State of Israel and the return of any part of the Holy Land to Arab sovereignty. In other words, those who seek the destruction of the Jewish State of Israel are the same people seriously engaged in the stealth conquest of Great Britain by Islam.

Today Your Majesty’s Government by the willy-nilly act of the embattled Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Keir Starmer, has consciously given official boost to the Islamic conquest of Your Majesty’s ancestral realm through the unethical recognition of the anti-Semitic and anti-Christian State of Palestine.

It is painful Your Majesty that those who brought the light of the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus to us Africans are the very ones who are today striving to extinguish the same from our minds, bodies and souls. And today we mark out one of such agents as Prime Minister Keir Starmer who, married to a Jewish wife, but by his actions hated the Jews the most.

While Rt. Hon. Keir Starmer reserves his prerogative as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom to recognize any nation he so personally wishes, such recognition must be in conformity with the historical interests of Great Britain and in accordance with the religious obligations and commitments of Your Majesty.

It is clear Your Majesty, that Rt. Hon. Keir Starmer’s recognition of the State of Palestine was predicated on self-preservation, by way of unethically attempting to please the large Arab Muslim members and supporters of his unpopular Labour Government, whose dogmatic religious tenets clearly contravenes Your Majesty’s Oath of Office as the custodian, protector and defender of World Protestantism.

First, Rt. Hon. Keir Starmer in recognizing the State of Palestine did not indicate the official seat of the Government of the said State of Palestine. Recognition implies that the State of Palestine is already in existence. But Your Majesty, as I pen down this petition, there is no nation named the State of Palestine.

In none of the Arab wars against the State of Israel beginning from the end of the British Mandate on May 14, 1948 to the present, was the demand for the State of Palestine the subject matter. All the wars were fought with the main objective of obliterating the Jews and the State of Israel front their historic land of Biblical ancestry.

The present Gaza Strip was conquered and annexed in 1948 by Egypt until re-conquered by Israel in 1967. The West Bank and East Jerusalem were conquered and annexed by the Kingdom of Jordan until re-conquered by Israel in 1967.  From 1948 to 1967 when Egypt and Jordan annexed these two respective territories no one spoke of a Palestinian State. Ridiculously, these are the two nations threatening hell and brim stones against the State of Israel if it fails to accept the creation of dubious State of Palestinian. What it means is that had Israel not re-taken these territories in 1967 nobody would be talking of Palestinians today.

The idea of a Palestinian State which emerged out of the Yom Kippur War aftermath is simply a diplomatic fraud designed to compensate the Arab defeat. It is therefore my humble plea to Your Majesty that Prime Minister Keir Starmer should be called to order and accordingly be made to rescind the said recognition of the dubious State of Palestine. The United Kingdom as the Head of the largest political union in the world outside the United nations—The Commonwealth of Nations, has a dignity beyond the confines of the British Isles which must be jealously guarded.

It is my humble prayer, which I most respectfully lay before Your Majesty, that it will be a great deserve to the Saints departed and living to transfer the West Bank or any part of both the New and Old City of Jerusalem to the permanent control of a Muslim authority under the guise of the State of Palestine.

This is because the core-historic evidence of Judaism and Christianity, their ancient relics of ancestral Jewish identity and, their liturgical legitimacy are all centred there. To do so is likened to nothing but the return of the body, spirit and souls of Judaism and Christianity to Islamic conquest as it was in the times of the Umayyad Caliphs and Ottoman Turks.

The West Bank as it stands today is more of a subject of religious than political disputes. So converting it into the political status of the State of Palestine without putting into consideration its religious significance to Judaism and Christianity is as impracticable as it is impossible.  Bethlehem the birth place of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of the Christian Faith and, a Jew by both birth and religion, cannot be allowed to revert to the permanent control of a Muslim nation. It is historically safer and spiritually legitimate to leave it under the State of Israel. Thus the only acceptable solution is the total annexation of the West Bank by the State of Israel.

Bethlehem is not alone in this matter of Christian religious expediency. Others include: The Hill of Phinehas; Awarta; Eshtemoa Synagogue; Jericho Synagogue; Tombs of Joshua and Caleb close to Kifl Hares; Hebron; Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron; The Church of the Nativity; The Milk Grotto; Shepherds’ Fields; Zacchaeus Sycamore Tree  in Jericho; Elisha’s Spring; The Mount of Temptation; Jacob’s Well; Mar Saba Monastery; St. George’s Monastery; Wadi Qelt, known as the Monastery of Choziba; Rachel’s Tomb; Cave of the Patriarchs; Tomb of Samuel; Joseph’s Tomb; and Oak of Mamre. None these sites located in the West Bank has any spiritual or historical significance in Islam.

It will therefore amount to the highest point of betrayal of not only the Jews and the State of Israel but the entire Christendom, for any Christian, both leader and no-leader, to support any act or policy that suggests the permanent control of these sites in West Bank by a Muslim authority in the modern age.

Your Majesty, history is explicit on the date of Arab conquest of Jerusalem which indeed occurred after the death of Prophet Muhammad. Prophet Muhammad died on June 8, 632 AD. In 636 AD the Muslim Arab army under Caliph Umar ibn Al-Khattab and commanded by Amir Abu Ubaydah ibn al-Jarrah invaded the Holy Land. The Patriarch of Jerusalem, Archbishop Sophronius was compelled to surrender in 638 AD, thereby heralding the Muslim conquest of Jerusalem and the Holy Land.

The construction of Dome of the Rock commenced in 691 AD and was completed in 692 AD; while Al-Aqsa Mosque was constructed in 705 AD. All these post-Muhammad Islamic edifices in Jerusalem are mere signs of Arab occupation of the Holy Land of the Jews and Christians and have nothing to do with Prophet Muhammad. So it is historically and religiously important that we should start to acknowledge who are the real occupiers of the Holy Land from these episodes of Islamic history.

Your Majesty, it is also important to state that all the present Arab nations parading themselves as indomitable political landlords of the Middle East, were the creation of Your Majesty’s realm in cooperation with France under the Sykes-Picot Agreement of 1916, following the defeat of the Ottoman Empire by the Allied Forces in the First World War. Your Majesty, I humbly wish to state that the time has come for the Christians of the World to put the Arabs and Muslims in their proper historical place in respect to their false claim of inheritance over the historic ancestral land of the Jews.

Outside the Arabian Peninsula, all the Arab nations running from Iraq in the east to Morocco in the west are Occupier-States where the original indigenous peoples are still subjugated and persecuted. Why should the case of the Jews and the State of Israel which is sumptuously supported by the three Holy Books of the Jewish Torah, the Christian Holy Bible and the Muslim Quran, be handled with such degree of global bias and hatred?

The only permanent solution to the present Middle East conflict is nothing but the annexation of the West Bank territory by the State of Israel in fulfillment of the prophetic return and restoration of Jewish people and the State of Israel. It is therefore my humble submission Your Majesty, that the unilateral recognition of the State of Palestine in the name of Your Majesty by Prime Minister Keir Starmer is a clear contravention and abuse of the spiritual contents of Your Majesty’s three solemn oaths. For this reason, I humbly pray Your Majesty to call him to question and accordingly compel him to rescind the action forthwith.
