Notice of Suspension of Dr. Chukwukadibia J. Odunukwe as BOT Chairman and Vice President (Diaspora) of ICAC-GEN for Unacceptable Anti-President Donald Trump Deportment
In an emergency Executive Meeting held on May 28, 2025, it was unanimously resolved that Dr. Chukwukadibia J. Odunukwe be suspended from his roles as both the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Vice President (America and the Diaspora) for what is considered his unrepentant anti-President Donald Trump deportment which is contrary to the Mission, Aims and Objectives of International Coalition against Christian Genocide in Nigeria.
However, Dr. Odunukwu will still retain his status as a foundation member of the Board of trustees and one of the signatories to the organization’s bank account. Meanwhile, pending further decision by the Executive Council, Her Lordship Bishop (Prof) Mercy Funmilayo Adesanya-Davis will be acting as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BOT), while Dr. Alex Mana, the Vice President (North), will now take over as the sole Vice President of ICAC-GEN.
As a Democrat, Dr. Odunukwe started his act of anti-Trump deportment right from the moment President Donald Trump was nominated as the Presidential Candidate of the Republican Party and continued throughout the Presidential campaign period, to President Trump’s victory and up till date. Anybody who signified support for President Trump or expresses his opposition to Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden, including Kamala Harris was shouted down and insulted by Dr. Odunukwe on ICAC-GEN Forum. He openly vowed to have nothing to do with President Donald Trump whom he considered evil, contrary to the organization’s popular acclamation of President Trump as the ultimate savior of oppressed Christians in Nigeria.
Every effort made by our organization to seek the support of the current US Government under President Donald Trump in respect of the on-going vicious islamization and slaughtering of Christians in Nigeria in line with the mission, aims and objectives of our organization was frustrated by Dr. Odunukwu, just because of his hatred of President Trump. In furtherance to his anti-Trump stance, Dr. Odunukwe not only constituted a parallel executive council which neither the BOT Chairman nor the Vice President has right to without the President’s approval; just because he facilitated the registration of our organization under 501(c) Non-Profit at the State of Oklahoma.
He further threatened that unless the organization complies with his anti-Trump stance he will use his position to deregister the organization as a 501(c) entity in the United States. We have accordingly advised Dr. Odunukwu to go ahead and deregister ICAC-GEN from 501(c) status in his State of Oklahoma, much as we consider the 501(c) status as relevant in respect of tax exemption, but will not however stop ICAC-GEN from pursuing her mission, aims and objectives in respect of defending the embattled Christians of Nigeria against the on-going jihad and heinous crimes against humanity being perpetrated against them by the Fulani-led Islamic bandits, herdsmen, Boko Haram and ISIS.
In addition, Dr. Odunukwu has often tried to import his Igbo ethnic bigotry into the affairs of our organization against the standing principle of Christian unity without ethnic and sectional divides guiding our organization. We therefore believe that his suspension is in the best interest of our mission, aims and objectives. Accordingly his name has been deleted from the official website of International Coalition against Christian Genocide in Nigeria (https://wordpress-970963-3612078.cloudwaysapps.com) as both the Chairman of Board of Trustees and Vice President for America and the Diaspora. He still retains his position as member of the Board of Trustees.
Best Regards.
Respectfully Yours,
